Who we are
Axia Communications LLC ("Axia," "we," "us") is a Kentucky limited liability company that provides marketing and automation services to financial advisory firms. This policy explains what information we collect through axiacommunications.com (the "site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, contact us by email, or use one of our free tools, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, firm name, website address, phone number, and anything you write in a message or booking form.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the site running, secure, and fast.
Cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Our booking tool may set cookies that are needed for it to work.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to you, schedule and hold calls, send the results of free tools you request, provide and improve our services, send occasional follow-up emails about our services (you can opt out at any time), keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include our website host (Vercel), our scheduling provider (Cal.com), and our email and productivity providers (such as Google Workspace). These providers are required to protect your information and use it only to provide their services to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or merger of our business.
Information from our clients
When a firm hires us, we may access or handle information in that firm's systems, including information about the firm's own clients. We handle that information only to provide the services the firm has asked for, under our agreement with that firm. This policy covers information collected through this site, not information we handle on behalf of our clients.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and trusted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by emailing contact@axiacommunications.com. Every marketing email we send also includes a way to unsubscribe.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor requests as required by applicable law.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other sites
Our site links to or embeds services run by other companies, such as Cal.com. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
