Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of axiacommunications.com and any free tools we offer on or through it (together, the "site"). The site is operated by Axia Communications LLC ("Axia," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

The site describes the marketing and automation services we offer. Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement between Axia and the client, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Content on the site, including the results of any free tool, is provided for general information. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for making sure your marketing and business practices meet the rules that apply to your firm.

Free tools

We may offer free tools, such as a website audit or an automation deck. To use them, you may need to provide your email address and other details. Tool results are generated automatically, may contain errors, and may change over time. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, or business result. We may change or stop offering any tool at any time.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site. For example, do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, use automated means to scrape it at scale, submit a website or information you do not have the right to use, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and logos, belong to Axia or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages from the site for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse our content or branding without our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners and are used only to identify tools we work with.

Third-party services

The site links to or embeds services run by other companies, such as Cal.com for scheduling. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Axia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the site or free tools. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
