See what your firm could automate.
Four questions about the tools you already run. Back comes a deck of workflows those tools support.
Not open to everyone yet. This page explains what it does in the meantime.
What it is built on.
- Your CRM, planning software, and custodian
- Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- What those tools can actually support
- Which steps still need a person
- Where the work sits in your week today
- A deck you keep either way
Four questions, about two minutes.
Answer four questions
Which tools your firm runs, and roughly how your week goes. No account and no call.
It matches your stack
Workflows are picked for the tools you named, because what is possible depends entirely on what you already own.
Your deck appears
On screen straight away, and yours to keep.
What comes back.
Workflows for your tools
Each one named for the software you told us about, with the trigger and what happens after it.
Where a person stays
Every step that touches a client is marked, because nothing goes out without someone approving it.
Yours to keep
Take it to your team, or to another firm. There is no catch and no expiry.
Common questions.
Do I have to talk to anyone?
No. The deck appears on screen when you finish the questions. If you want to talk it through afterwards you can book a call, and if you do not, nothing happens.
What if my tools are not on the list?
Tell us in the last question. The list covers what advisory firms use most, and it grows when someone names something new.
Is this just a sales deck with my name on it?
No. The workflows change depending on what you answer, because a firm on one CRM can do different things from a firm on another. That is the entire point of asking.
Will it tell me what it costs?
Not in the deck. What something costs depends on how your firm actually works, and we would rather look at that properly than put a number on a guess.
Want to see the whole picture?
Tell us how your week goes and we will tell you what we would build first.
